Starting at 12pm, from Place Denfert-Rochereau, the parade will move along the following streets to get to Bastille between 5pm-8pm.

For the passionate technoids, this is your time to put your party shoes on! It will be extravagant, it will be loud, people will climb the poles and the bus shelters and whats not, but most of all, it’s a rave in the open broad daylight and there’ll be dancing aplenty!

Here’s the full programme for the remainder of the festival this week. For ease, know that:
- the midweek performances (Monday to Friday) will be at noon (just right during lunch break)
- the competition : 5pm to 8.30pm on Friday 26 June and 1pm to 4.30pm on Saturday 27 June
- Saturday 27 June show will be at 8pm
- Sunday 28 June show will be at 7pm

Of course, as previous years, the shows are all free, hurrah!

The 4th edition of “Les nuits de l’Alligator” blues festival is starting on friday. Be careful, all concerts are NOT in Paris, but lots of them will take place at “La maroquinerie” (on the 16th, 18th ,19yh, 21st,22sd and 24th of february).

En ce moment, Paris est un concert permanent ! Avec entre autre, tout bientôt, les concerts de Mika ou encore de Jack Johnson, on ne sait où donner de l’oreille !

The venue is very eclectic and very interesting, and well worth the trip up to the 20eme. Although the drinks (beer for me) were a bit expensive, the ambiance was exceptional. While there, you can grab a bite to eat at the venue or down the street at L’abribus (56, Rue de Bagnolet, 01 43 71 78 18) ..one of my favorite places for cheap and delicious food and drink.
